- 97.5 Instructional Clock Hours of neuroscience-based coaching education.
- 5+ Observed Coaching Sessions with feedback.
- Supplemental asynchronous content through Heartbeat, our online learning platform.
- 7+ Hours of Group Mentor Coaching integrated into the program to refine your skills.
- Three individual 1:1 mentoring sessions (only if pursuing an ICF credential; additional cost & invoiced separately).
